Youth & Teen ~Special Edition Class & Jam/Fete~

There will be a dance workout session that combines both Dancehall + Soca to promote Caribbean culture through health and fitness by combing the energy of a Caribbean Carnival or Party (Fete) with high-energy moves to provide a cultural fitness experience! Classes start with a warm-up, move into a high-intensity jam session that helps you burn up to 1000 calories while you have fun toning, then we'll finish off the class, with a cool-down/stretch, and get ready to party the rest of the evening away!!!

After a long school year come and enjoy yourself for a few hours and don't worry if you don't know the tunes.
